Dear Participants:
The Corpus Christi API/SPE Two Man Best Ball Golf Tournament will be held May 14th & 15th, 2011.
This year's tournament will be held at Corpus Christi Country Club and North Shore Country Club. Each team will play one course on Saturday and the other course on Sunday.
The format will be a two-man Scramble. Requests to play with another team on Saturday will be honored on Sunday. Playing time preference (AM/PM or PM/AM) will be FIRST PAID - FIRST SERVE! NO exceptions! Entries will be entered upon receipt of payment ONLY.
Prizes will be awarded in each flight at the golf course you finish playing on Sunday. There will be numerous hole prizes available at each golf course both days. ** Winners will be responsible for claiming their own awards!! **
ALL awards must be claimed by December 15, 2011.
There will also be a Four-Man Scramble on Friday, May 13th at Newport Dunes Golf Club and CC Country Clubs. We are offering a morning and afternoon Friday Scramble at Newport Dunes and an afternoon round at CC Country Club.
The purpose of this tournament is to raise funds to support the scholarship programs of both organizations. Sponsorships are needed to support this goal. Thanks to your support, the 2010 tournament was successful and we hope this year will be as good or better.
There will be a Tournament Party from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM on Saturday at Al Amin Shrine Temple - I-37 & Suntide Road. Dinner will be served and there will be a cash donation bar as well as BYOB is available. There will be Casino Gaming Tables and door prizes!

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP - Minimum contribution $1150.00
Includes - Sponsor's name will be displayed on Sponsorship Board at the tournament and recognition will be given in the tournament booklet (see deadline date above); (4) paid players (two teams) in the tournament. Players and spouses/guest will be invited to attend all tournament functions.
GOLD SPONSORSHIP - Minimum contribution $650.00
Includes - Sponsor's name will be displayed on Sponsorship Board at the tournament and recognition will be given in the tournament booklet (see deadline date above); (2) paid players (one team) in the tournament. Players and spouses/guest will be invited to attend all tournament functions.
SILVER SPONSORSHIP - Minimum contribution $350.00
Includes - Sponsor's name will be displayed on Sponsorship Board at the tournament and recognition will be given in the tournament booklet (see deadline date above). You and your guest will also be invited to all tournament functions.
PO' BOY SPONSORSHIP - Minimum contribution $550.00
Includes - Two players. Players and spouses/guest will be invited to attend all tournament functions.
SOCIAL ONLY - Minimum contribution $100.00
Non-golfers and their spouse/guest are invited to attend all social functions.
HOLE SPONSOR $225.00
Sponsors will have a Sponsor sign and contest on an assigned hole each day.
DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR $100.00 minimum - no maximum
Gift Certificates will be purchased in your name.
